Conversion from RTZ to GeoJSONSeq

Upload your RTZ - Route Plan Exchange Format data files (typically used in software like ECDIS systems, Furuno, Kongsberg, Wärtsilä (Transas), JRC, Raytheon Anschütz or NAVTOR) and convert them online in a few clicks to GeoJSON Sequence (GeoJSONSeq) format (most commonly used in software such as QGIS, ArcGIS or Manifold GIS) or to many other formats commonly used in GIS and CAD systems.

How it works

  • 1

    Data upload

Upload one or more RTZ - Route Plan Exchange Format files (or a .ZIP / .7z archive).

  • 2

    Review and display

Reviewing input data parameters and displaying their extent on a map.

  • 3

    Conversion options

Settings for format options and conversion parameters.

  • 4

    Download result

Resulting GeoJSONSeq files are packaged in ZIP format and ready for immediate download by the user.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum allowed size of input data?

The maximum size of the uploaded file is 5 GB. If your file is larger, you can try to compress it into a ZIP file with the maximum compression level (9) or, even better, into a 7z file. The contents of the package will be automatically unpacked on the server.

How secure is my data?

All data transfers are performed using the encrypted SSL protocol, which ensures secure data transfer. Both uploaded and converted data is temporarily stored in the data center and is further processed according to the user’s request. After some time, the data is automatically deleted - there is no need to delete it manually.
